CRYPTIC CURSE
Come home
From grey clouds
snow is falling down
Take my hand
Listen to my voice
Sing with me now
Lights are pale, Mountains have risen
A long kiss
autumn is leaving, autumn is dying
A cold kiss
No matter the day
No matter the night
We’re all damned
deep inside
You felt from the sky
I felt down my knees
We’re all damned
We’re all cursed
No matter the day
No matter the night
We’re all damned
deep inside
You felt from the sky
I felt down my knees
We’re all damned
We’re all cursed
No matter the day
No matter the night
We’re all damned
deep inside
You fell from the sky
I felt down my knees
We’re all damned
We’re all cursed
dialogue
Oh I know you read in my eyes
The choice between truth and lies
Oh Winter now rises
We’re all cursed inside
What an impressive piece of black metal. This one-man hurricane is pure art. Sgah‘gahsowáh creates an haunting atmosphere. He puts so much soul in his music. Sælzer Bub
The first 30 seconds of "Revenge by Fire" convinced me to get the whole album! It is a face-melting blend of speed and black metal, reminiscent of Hellripper! KVAEN is a Swedish solo project much like Hellripper but many known guest musicians helped J. Björnfot in his endeavor. Altogether it is really a solid debut album, I loved the melodies and the pace changes in the second half too, ending with a "calm" instrumental one. Well-done!! sachavonkarl74
